Iced Tea Recipe – Refreshing Slimming Summer Drink
Brew your own iced tea for the perfect refreshing summer drink following this simple iced tea recipe:
1. Place 2-4 tea bags in a jug. Use a vegetable peeler to strip the peel from the lemon or orange, avoiding as much of the white pith as possible, and add to the jug.
2. Pour simmering water into the jug and let the tea bags steep for at least 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and then refrigerate the tea until cool.
3. To serve, fill iced tea glasses with ice and pour the tea over the ice. Sweeten with a small amount of honey if desired.
