    I find it so easy to drink lots of water at my desk. I have a large glass and find that it keeps me content till my dinner and tides me over till tea time. However when I am at home I am to busy doing other things I don’t drink half as much and this the same for the weekend too.

    not really big on water but i suppose flavoured water would just be as good and i would be able to drink lots more of it.
