TV presenter Nadia Sawalha loses 3.5st in 4 months
TV presenter Nadia Sawalha has managed to lose 3.5st in just four months by completely overhauling her diet and exercise habits.
The former Eastenders actress was upset when she saw an unflattering photograph of herself in a bikini over the summer and it was this that gave her the motivation to lose weight.
She recently posed for pictures in Closer in nothing more than a pair of high heels and a black bikini and told the magazine that she is now more confident than ever.
The 46-year-old mum of two has dropped four dress sizes, with her waist shrinking from 40 to 29ins.
"I love my new figure, but the best thing is the energy I've got," she told the magazine.
She went on to say that she spent a lot of her life being unhappy about her "big belly, flabby thighs and dinner lady arms", but now feels like a "powerful machine".
Women who are having trouble achieving weight loss like Nadia should make sure that they are getting enough sleep each night, Shirley Kindrick, from Ohio State University Medical Center, said recently.
