Many women ‘keen to improve legs and thighs’
Many UK women want to improve the appearance of their legs and thighs, according to the results of a new survey.
Those looking to lose weight in the near future might be interested to note that more than 25 per cent of the females polled in the Fitness First research would like to work on these areas of their bodies.
Meanwhile, 60 per cent are keen to improve their stomachs more than any other body part.
When drawing up workout plans to lose weight and improve their fitness, the UK national fitness manager for Fitness First Derek Crawford suggests that people should try to focus on variety.
He stated: “Fitness First encourages variety in a workout plan for all its members, to keep exercising interesting and challenging.”
Earlier this year, Mr Crawford’s company revealed that it was making Bodycore equipment available in its clubs across the country, in order to give people the chance to work out using whole body vibration techniques.
