Jennifer Aniston: I feel better at 40 than I did at 20
Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston has reportedly revealed her bikini-body secrets to the Daily Mirror announcing “I work out every single day”.
The 41 year old explained how she manages to maintain her fabulous figure by keeping her legs toned and body bikini ready by running, either on the treadmill or outdoors. “I do a lot of running. Exercise is so important”.
Jennifer’s workout comprises of running, yoga and finishing off with 20 minutes of interval training on an elliptical trainer or treadmill, running at 5.7mph at an incline of 1.5.
The disciplined exercise regime is definitely paying off, as now in her early 40s, Aniston has made it into the Top 10 of ‘Best Summer Bodies of 2010’ as featured in Women’s Health Magazine, the poll being topped by supermodel Brooklyn Decker.
A longtime follower of the Zone Diet, Jennifer adheres to a strict healthy, high protein, low-carb diet and claims “Balance is the key”. Further stating, “Work, exercise, diet. You need balance”.
The highly paid and extremely busy actress, who got divorced from actor Brad Pitt in 2005, is vastly becoming a one-woman corporation. Endorsing in fitness products such as SmartWater vitamin water long with her new fragrance Lolavie, the Jennifer is embracing getting older stating “I feel more comfortable today than I ever did in my 20’s or early 30’s”. She also quotes “I’m healthier. I’m more at peace in my mind and with my body. I’m startin’ to live. It’s good!”
