Friends actresses reveal secret behind their slim figures

Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow and Courtney Cox ate a salad at lunch every day for the ten years in which they starred on the hit TV sitcom Friends, it has been revealed.

This could explain how the three actresses managed to maintain their slim figures and always look in top-notch condition.

In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, Courtney said that the trio ate the same Cobb salad every day.

“It was a Cobb salad that Jennifer doctored up with turkey bacon and garbanzo beans and I don’t know what. She just has a way with food, which really helps,” Courtney told the newspaper.

She also revealed that she was a bit jealous of the Sex and the City cast for getting to work together on big screen adaptations of their hit show, suggesting that she would love a Friends film to be created.

Last month, it was reported that Jennifer had embarked on the baby food diet, which is said to bring about extremely fast weight loss.

    to make my salads more interesting i tend to add spring onions as they are my favourite along with lettuce and tomato and some red onion too. i avoid cucumber as i really do not like it. I sometimes add a low fat dressing just for a little extra flavour

    omg i certainly could not eat salad for my dinner! i know i really should eat some to be healthy but i really dont like it. love friends btw

    Don’t eat salads- know I should really- but they seem so boring. Not really sure to put in one!!!

    I just like a salad as it is- dont really add anything to give it flavour. Healthy is best!!

    I’m not a big fan of salad, the most I have is a bit cress and cucumber in my tuna sandwich!! The girls look great though

    i try to be healthy and just use the low fat hellmans mayonaise with my salad.

    When i eat salads i have got to have salad cream its the ultimate for me and i ususally add tuna or ham for extra flavour! 🙂

    Just salad dressing for me, do you have any info on the baby food diet that jennifer is supposed to be on. all the friends girls look amazing!!!

    I have salad usually with chicken or ham to give it that extra bit flavour, try to have a salad at least once a week. Should really try to have more.

    I just have my salad as it it, the healthier the better.

    I use low fat mayonaise to give it a bit more taste. Not really sure what else you could add to give it flavour.
