Cheryl Cole reveals diet secret

Cheryl Cole has revealed how she stays so slim – by sticking to the Eat Right 4 Your Type diet.

This weight loss method encourages people to eat certain foods and avoid others based on their blood types.

Speaking to Hello! magazine, the Fight for This Love singer said that it was her mum who told her about the diet, which was developed by Dr D’Admao.

“It has made such a difference, not just to my shape, but to how I feel and my energy levels. Before, I was like ‘energy schmenergy’ and didn’t believe it. But now I believe it 100 per cent,” she added.

The Girls Aloud star went on to explain that she watches what she eats to feel good, not to stay slim.

Dr D’Admao’s diet dictates that people with type O blood fare best on intense physical exercise and animal proteins and less well on dairy products and grains.

    How does this diet work? Im a bit sceptical about these sort of things, Does it actually work?

    Not too sure about this diet! i did try the cheaters diet where you eat healthily through the week and then on a weekend you can eat what you want as long as you dont go overboard and you do lots of exercise as well and yeah i agree she is too skinny! Eat some food girl!!!

    I think Cheryl looks like she needs to eat a burger or ten! Shes far too slim for my liking – Big girls rule!
