Celebrity diets and tips


The queen of celebrity weight loss. She avoids carbs like the plague, including bread, rice, pasta and potatoes. She also works out everyday – she’s testament to the fast that dieting isn’t easy, but if you work hard you can do it.

Oprah said recently, “My one regret in life is wasting years trying to control my weight.” Well it looks like she has it all figured out now.

Eats nothing but friut before noon. She has a light dinner of salad and steamed vegetables, and snacks on tomato juice, black grapes and herbal tea. She sticks to 3 meals a day to keep a healthy metabolism.

Ashley Judd

The star of A Time To Kill and De-Lovely eats no dairy at all! Her celebrity diet starts each day with hot water and lemon, and she puts Soya milk in her cereal.

Christie Brinkley

Christie keeps all junk food out of the house. When she wants to snack, its on sweet potatoes, not sweets!

    im only 15 but i’ve been 5’2″ since 5th grade. i recently lost weight, going from 215lbs to 180 lbs. but my new years resolution is to fit into a bikini by summer. my mom told me as inspiration and drive that i could get my belly button pierced if i do that, but its hard. these options arent for people that actually have school and jobs, because its hard not to mindless eat. if anyone can help me with my boredom eating problem, please email me at smiles.rlaughs@yahoo.com

    These are fine tips but Its not just food celebs do to appear skinny. Lately celebs have been papped wearing magic knickers and toner tights. Even Katie Holmes and Kimberley from girls aloud have been caught getting out of their cars in a pair!

    as a working mum of 2 toddlers I find it hard to schedule workoutsand stay motivated. these celebs have a team of people helping out. nannys, cooks and so on.

    good posting – but if you were paid millions of pounds/dollars wouldnt you be able to get skinny quickly too?? Most of these celebs have nothing to do in between making films except to employ the best fitness trainers and go to the gym 2 hours a day.
