This is a fundamental rule of easy weight loss! Well you know you have to start eating a good healthy breakfast to start off each day, but its also the best time of day to get moving!     Im 30 years old and weigh 18 stone bang on and I am around 5 ft 11 inch. I exercise 5 times a week and eat healthy but the weight just doesn’t shift, I know I should be around 15 stone for my height and age. Im thinking of taking fat burners to help but have no idea if they are safe. I would love a weight loss camp to be near me I would go go go

      To ensure there is not an underlying problem that is causing your tiredness I would advise that you contact your GP to be on the safe side and possible come off the diet for a short time, as this may also be causing your tiredness.

    Hi i really need help, i had a baby a year and a half ago and its ruined my body before i had him i was a size 8 worked saturdays, went college three days aweek and they were long walks and because i was busy i didnt eat to much and i was rather good with my eating since then im size 12 possibly abit more sometimes im only 5ft 1 i look horrible but i dont work or go college now so walking about less, bills are expensive so you end up buying cheap easy things and i know its not doing me good but its got in to habit im only 18 and i hate the way i look its ruined me and my confidence please help me

    i think there is a lot of good tips on here that i could easily fit into my day. i started my diet last week i am using a low fat diet and have limited myself to 20g of fat a day which im finding easy to do the only thing is im still worried im not doing enough to loose the weight for exercises i stand and the bottom of the stairs and walk up and back down the first 2 steps and im starting to do zumba and go swimming i would just like to no if im doing anything wrong
