Low Fat Recipes: Peach & Blueberry Smoothie

*Serves 4. Time taken to make including preparation: 15 minutes.*

Ingredients:

1 cup of low fat vanilla yoghurt

1 cup of blueberries

3 pitted and chopped peaches

1 frozen banana

 

Low fat recipes are key to any weight loss program.

 

Method:

  1. Place the peaches into the blender, also adding the blueberries
  2. Add the frozen banana and the low fat yoghurt
  3. Blend until a smooth texture

Perfect on a hot summers day!

 

This recipe is perfect alongside any fasting diet.
