Greggs ‘Minimise me’ 30 Day Meal Plan includes sausage rolls!

Greggs have hired a dietitian to come up with a 30 day meal plan which has helped four women lose a total of two stone and 14 inches collectively!
Honestly you wouldn’t believe how excited I am about this! Although I don’t eat Greggs often, I do love a corned beef pasty now and again 🙂
So basically it’s a diet plan based around their under 400 calorie meal and snack – with a few treats thrown in for good measure.
What can we expect from a typical ‘Minimise me’ 30 Day Meal Plan?

Monday
Breakfast – Original porridge and half a pack of berries and cherries
Lunch – Tuna mayonnaise sub roll
Dinner – Cheese, tomato and basil pasta salad
Snack – Fruit medley

 

Tuesday
Breakfast – Red berry porridge and 1 pack of naked nuts
Lunch – Honey roast ham, free range egg and potato salad
Dinner – Roast chicken salad sub roll
Snack – Piece of fruit and half a pack of sweet mango

 

Wednesday
Breakfast – Egg breakfast roll
Lunch – Falafel, arissa, roast vegetable and grains salad
Dinner – Coconut, lime and chilli chicken salad
Snack – Strawberry and granola yoghurt

 

Thursday
Breakfast – Golden syrup porridge, 1 pack of super seeds and 1 piece of fruit
Lunch – Chargrill chicken, roast vegetable and grains salad + cream of tomato soup
Dinner – Coconut lime and chilli chicken wrap
Snack – 2 x raspberry and almond bakes

 

The 30 Day Meal Plan you NEED to try

 

Friday
Breakfast – Original porridge fruit medley
Lunch – Katsu chicken bake
Dinner – Tuna and cucumber sandwich
Snack – Strawberry and granola yoghurt

 

Saturday
Breakfast – Egg breakfast roll
Lunch – Sausage roll
Dinner – Coconut, lime and chilli chicken salad
Snack – Piece of fruit and fruit medley

 

Sunday
Breakfast – Red berry porridge and fruit medley
Lunch – Margherita pizza
Dinner – Ham salad sub roll
Snack – Summer berry pot

 

You are also allowed 200mls of semi skimmed milk each day and unlimited water.
The 30 Day Meal Plan was developed for a female aged between 35 – 45 with a sedentary lifestyle aiming to lose weight in 1 month.
Greggs Dietitian Laura Clark recommends the average person could lose up to 1 to 2lbs per week following a Greggs Minimise Me plan.
