  1. COMMERCIAL CLENCHES

While your sat on the sofa watching TV, do 25 bum clenches every time the adverts come on.  Squeeze your glutes, hold for one second, then relax.  Soon you’ll have a bum to rival Kylie Minogue’s!

  1. ARMCHAIR DIPS

Use the arms of your chair to raise yourself up and down to work your triceps.  If your reading a book, do two sets of 12 after every chapter.

  1. DITCH THE SOFA

Sit on a fitness ball to watch your favourite TV show.  It will improve your posture and work your abs.
