Why did Chelsea Houska lose weight?
According to reports from Wet Paint, the primary motivation behind her health kick came following the break down of her relationship with Adam Lind.
The former couple – who have four year old daughter Aubree together – were featured on Teen Mom 2 and 16 & Pregnant. Chelsea admitted to Wet Paint in January:
“After I got over the Adam thing I was like, wait a second – I have not been taking care of myself. I didn’t feel good, you know what I mean? I was just like, I want to focus on myself, I want to feel good about myself. This season I was like, I’m just gonna do me.”
Of course, Chelsea is thrilled with the physical results, but it seems that she is even happier knowing that her daughter respects her new healthy lifestyle. Chelsea tweeted earlier this month:
“Tonight Aubree came to the gym with me and when we left she told me I was a ‘beautiful, superhero mommy.’ Made me feel so good!”
How did Chelsea Houska lose weight?
According to RadarOnline, Chelsea committed herself to a healthy new diet and regular visits to the gym. A source told the website:
“Chelsea goes to the gym 4-5 times a week. She loves kickboxing, cardio and weight-lifting.”
And according to the friend, Chelsea has ditched her beloved pizza for lots of fruits and veggies. The reality star’s menu now consists of regular juices and wholesome cuisine.
