Superfoods 'not that complicated' While many people opt for superfoods in a bid to lose weight fast, many think they are too complicated to understand and stay away.

However, according to one expert, many people think using superfoods is a lot more complicated than it actually is.

Dr Claire Kelly, owner of Indigo Herbs, noted that is it "really super accessible", noting that just a couple of teaspoons of Barley Grass in a drink each day is more than enough.

She said that a "superfood revolution" is occurring, with people sharing their stories on websites, blogs and forums and speaking of the "amazing health benefits" they can offer.

She added the superfoods are much more affordable now than they were ten years ago, and that this is a "people-driven movement".

"It is not about a big marketing revolution by big multi-national companies, it is real people getting on with it, sharing their stories and sharing what is working for them in their lives," she said.
