Our secret tip to starting the day

Never skip breakfast if you are trying to lose weight.

A great way to feel full until lunchtime is having porridge first thing.  You can add fruit, honey or nuts to jazz it up.

We find it stops you craving biscuits or a piece of cake with your 11am cuppa.  It really works for us!

    I’ve always heard of the glass of water first thing in the morning with an empty stomach helps… since I had my son I wake up thirsty every single morning, so I have no choice, but I’ve lost 3kilos in this year, the difficult ones, and it might be owed to that too, and I’ve always heard it does miracles if mixed with lemon juice as it really helps your skin look young, and apparently also pale, but that’s not an issue for me, I’m just too lazy to squeeze a lemon a day, but the water I have it next to the bed, so it’s the first thing I take in in the mornings!:D
