Lynda Bellingham gives weight loss tipsLoose Women star Lynda Bellingham has revealed how to lose weight fast by sharing the secrets behind her own slimming strategy.

The 63-year old has managed to lose a considerable amount of weight over the last few years, which has provided her with a favourable figure.

Ms Bellingham told Woman’s Own magazine that she intends to stay in shape for the foreseeable future, with the aid of the famous Dukan diet.

Explaining the benefits of the diet, the famed TV mum said: “I’ve been doing it long enough to change my habits and stop craving carbs. It’s given me so much confidence, especially with the nude scenes in Calendar Girls.”

The actress went on to note that it is also important to look good by being careful about what to wear on a day-to-day basis.

Former Birds of A Feather star Pauline Quirke has also opened up about her weight loss strategy, with the actress revealing in her new autobiography Where Have I Gone? that she began to cut down her weight after her size began to affect her overall health.
