London event to offer healthy diet guidance

Londoners looking to enhance their diet in order to lose weight might benefit from the advice which is due to be offered at a forthcoming event.

According to Camden Council’s website, the organisation is due to team up with the NHS later this month in order to encourage people to eat more healthily.

Those attending the Active Health and Wealth Day on June 10th will be able to learn about some of the ways in which they might be able to improve their eating habits in the near future.

Meanwhile, health checks will also be offered to people for no charge.

The Citizens Advice Bureau is another organisation that is expected to get involved in the information day, the council’s site has reported, with Abbey Hive due to host it.

People across the UK can find out more about healthy eating thanks to the advice offered by the NHS-backed Change4Life scheme.

I cut out fizzy pop from my diet and it helped me loads! I know it’s not an obvious diet but it cut a load of sugar out! Next thing to cut from my life is chocolate lol

just cutting out the sweet foods – that would improve my diet massively. I must eat about 7,000 extra calories each week in chocolate – that equates to about 2lbs in weight I could lose.
