Kris banishes her body issues!
In the previous series of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kris shared with daughter Kim her body issues. “I’m scared to be in a bathing suit in front of you all. I don’t like a lot of things about my body”, she revealed.
Fast-forward a year and the fab mum of six is oozing body confidence!
5ft 2 Kris has dropped a staggering 1 st 3lbs and has an enviable flat stomach thanks to “The Ab Rocket” – a machine that massages you while you perform crunches, helping to tone your midriff.
56-year-old Kris also does Pilates and works out with Kim’s trainer Gunnar Peterson to maintain her weight loss. She does a minimum of 20 minutes of high intensity cardio almost everyday and strength training three times a week. “It’s all about working harder to keep my health in check”, she added.
Kris now a trim size 10, also ditched processed foods to lose weight and uses the Z.E.N food delivery service, which advocates portion-controlled meals.
