Kourtney’s Post-Baby Diet

She may have squeezed back into her skinny jeans just weeks after giving birth to her daughter Penelope in July, but 33-year-old Kourtney Kardashian insists she is in no hurry to lose her baby weight.

“While I’m around the house I just eat healthily”, she admits.

Yummy mummy Kourtney gained 3st 3lbs during her second pregnancy and is now thought to be eating small, nutritious meals every two hours. Her favourite foods include oats, almond milk and manuka honey for breakfast and salmon with lots of organic vegetables or salad.

It has been reported that Kourtney is likely to return to her 7am workout sessions which will contribute to her weight loss and they will fit perfectly into her life as a busy mum to her son Mason and daughter Penelope.

“I can jog right outside the house for 30 minutes and save the time it takes to go to the gym”, Kourtney explains, adding: “I love my butt, but I have a tendency to get saddlebags”.

Kourtney also enjoys family walks with her children and boyfriend Scott Disick.
