Kourtney Kardshian: Little meals ‘are the key to weight loss’

Kourtney Kardashian has revealed hat she managed to lose weight by eating little meals and exercising regularly.

She told OK Magazine that she has lost 3st 2lb over the last year since giving birth to her son Mason.

The 31-year old recently showed off her new trim figure posing for pictures at the Kardashian Holiday Party with her sisters and fellow reality stars Kim, 30, and Khloe, 26.

Kourtney wore a short bronze dress with a plunging neckline, black tights and leopard print heels while Kim and Khloe opted for floor-length numbers in pewter and white, respectively.

She told the magazine that she has been eating little meals throughout the day, and suggested that such a diet plan is easy for most people to follow.

"Try to get workouts in. It's always so hard to start [a weight-loss strategy] and get into it, but I think it's a positive thing that everyone should try to do for themselves," Kourtney added.

Earlier in the month, Dannii Minogue told Star magazine that she is too busy enjoying being a mum to lose all of her baby weight.
