Kim K’s secret workout to make her bum bigger!

If there is one word that comes to mind when you think Kim Kardashian it’s “bum”, The Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s star has a tailor-made workout geared towards maximizing her favorite asset, which she has repeatedly insisted is 100% silicone free.

Kim works very hard to stay curvy without getting flabby. Keeping her bum big but also high, strong and not too wobbly is a priority and her workouts are all based around it. After she has worked on her bum she will also does some ab exercises – then she figures the rest will take care of itself.

Kim 31, is very dedicated to her figure, she trains almost every day and watches her diet carefully.

Kim’s trainer Harley Pasternak has highlighted a number of exercises that target her glutes. He has revealed that he encourages “skater lunges” – lifting your leg behind you to target the glutes – and a move called “the superman” – Lie on your stomach keeping your legs and arms straight, next gradually life your limbs a few inches off the floor and hold for two to five seconds, this lifts and shapes your seat.
