Kelly Brook reveals healthy diet tips Kelly Brook has one of the most enviable figures in showbiz and the star has offered some advice on what she eats in order to keep her looking trim.

While Kelly is well-known for her curves, she explained she has to do exercise in order to stay is good shape.

Speaking to Women’s Fitness magazine, 32-year-old said rather than doing a lot of exercise in one go, she thinks it is better to do a little and often.

She also avoids diets and prefers to try to eat healthily instead.

“I also eat a lot of fish, for lunch and dinner. I love sushi or I’ll have a tuna Nicoise salad or salmon steak. I like to make lots of healthy soups in winter, too,” Kelly told the magazine.

Eva Longoria is another star who has admitted it is hard for her to do a lot of exercise, recently stating that she becomes easily demotivated to head to the gym.
