Kate Hudson’s six hour daily workouts!

Hollywood actress Kate Hudson, recently flaunted her stunning slim size 8 figure in a clingy sheer gown!

Kate wowed in Venice her post-baby body and revealed that she exercised up to six hours a day to lose weight after giving birth to her second son Bingham in July last year.

The 33-year-old, engaged to Muse musician Matt Bellamy said, “I would do 45 or 55 minutes of cardio then an hour of pilates or yoga, three times a day”.

Fitness fanatic Hudson admits she’s more for exercising than dieting.

“I’m not a dieter; my mum is always making chicken and dumplings. And I love scones, with clotted cream and jam. I can’t not eat them!”.
