Jennifer Lopez drops 10lb and a dress size
Even after having two children, Jennifer looks visibly slimmer than she did ten years ago, or even 20!
She told US Weekly magazine: “You got to work out, you got to watch what you eat. It’s a job – you’ve got to buckle down.”
How did J-Lo lose weight?
Over the last five weeks, Jennifer has shrunk from a US size 4 (UK 8) to a tiny US size 2 (UK 6) after cutting out dairy, meat, and gluten. And she doesn’t drink alcohol either.
She enjoys dining on quinoa enchiladas, black-bean burgers, and zucchini ‘pasta’. If she really needs to indulge, she has a Borges’ 22 Days cherry chocolate bliss bar.
For support, Jennifer even made her family go vegan with her, including her six year old twins Emme and Max.
Back in April, she also hired exercise physiologist Marco Borges, whose clients include Beyoncé, Jay Z, Gwen Stefani, Shakira, and Pharrell Williams.
Jennifer stays toned and fit with six hours of dance rehearsal every day.
