Sporty spice, 39, is training for a triathlon, which is next month, and has cranked up her running, swimming, cycling, and strength work in the gym.

Mel, who is now a size 8, has also been eating lots of protein, fruit, veg and complex carbs to keep up her energy levels.  She enjoys the odd treat and follows the 80/20 rule, eating well most of the time.
