How to get a bum like Pippa Middleton
Ever since the royal wedding, Pippa Middleton's bottom has almost had a daily mention in the press, but just what is the secret behind the 27-year-old's pert posterior?
Fitness expert Steve Halsall said that achieving a firm, rounded bum isn't easy.
He told those looking to lose weight and improve their silhouette that they should head to the gym and hit the weights.
"Women should not fear working with heavier weights, only when under pressure or in a high-intensity situation will a body change. Consistency, intensity and progressive resistance will do the job," Mr Halsall said.
He advised people to do lunges, squats, and straight-legged deadlifts as well as taking part in regular yoga sessions.
Mr Halsall concluded that, while exercise is important, women should also make sure they do not overlook their diets.
His comments follow the surprising announcement that Carol Vorderman beat Pippa Middleton to the title of Rear of the Year.
