How Kourtney Kardashian lost her baby weight
The 33-year-old reality star enlisted the help of personal trainer Tracy Anderson to help her lose weight and shed the 4st she gained during pregnancy.
5ft Kourtney who is back to 7st 5lbs and has dropped from a size 14 to an 8 lost her baby weight by doing Tracy’s dance workouts, yoga and sit-ups. She also followed a low-fat diet which involved eating a protein shake with banana, apple, yoghurt, milk, cinnamon and almonds for breakfast, fish and salad for lunch and butternut squash soup for dinner. She could also snack on celery and houmous.
Kourtney, who’s also mum to Mason aged 3, says, “It’s harder to lose weight the second time around”.
