Halle Berry flaunts stunning post-baby weight loss

47 year old Halle says it has been a lot of work juggling a new baby with getting back into shape and working on her booming career, but she wouldn’t have it any other way.
“It’s a whole new life for me now all over again, having a little baby again. I’m working on a television show now, so I’m juggling working and being a mom and breast-feeding while I’m working.”
Halle Berry’s diet
Halle was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 1989, and now follows a low-carb diet that includes plenty vegetables, high-quality proteins, and very little sugar.
Halle Berry’s workouts
Before falling pregnant with Maceo, she worked out 90 minutes a day, five days a week, following a routine that combined cardio with cross-training.
“I do not love to work out, but if I stick to exercising every day and put the right things in my mouth, then the diabetes just stays in check. “
