Guilt Free Desserts – Mango Brûlée

– 3 large, ripe mangoes
– 2 x 150g pots Total 0% Fat Natural Greek Yoghurt
– 3-4tbsp sweetener
– Few drops of vanilla essence
– 4 level tbsp caster sugar
Step 1 – Peel, stone and finely chop the mango flesh and divide between four glass ramekins.
Step 2 – Place the yoghurt in a mixing bowl and stir in the sweetener and vanilla essence to taste.
Step 3 – Top the mango with the yoghurt and sprinkle over the caster sugar.
Step 4 – Heat the grill to medium-high. Place the ramekins on a rack under the grill for around 5 minutes until the top is golden and slightly caramelized. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
