Get Stacy Keibler’s body in just 18 minutes
Ever since she first stepped out with George Clooney, former professional wrestler Stacy Keibler has set tongues wagging about how she maintains her enviable figure, but the truth is that it does not take a lot of effort.
That is what the 32-year-old has claimed after revealing that she takes part in an 18-minute workout three to four times a week, which helps to keep her toned and able to continue capturing George's attention.
She takes part in three six-minute 'sizzlers' – or high intensity workouts – which each targets a different body area and get the pulse racing.
As there are nine sizzlers in all, ranging from bicycle sit-ups and ballerina bounces to star jumps, the key is to alternate each exercise so the body does not get used to them.
Speaking to Self magazine, celebrity personal trainer, who works with Stacy, said that her routine is a proven fat burner and persuades the body to burn off more calories for as much as 48 hours after the exercise.
