Exercise ‘an essential part of weight loss strategies’
Any person going on a diet in a bid to lose weight in the near future needs to bear in mind that exercise has to play a part in their weight loss strategy, one expert has noted.
Writing for the Galway Advertiser, Grace Joyce, a weight loss expert, said that a combination of diet and exercise is the best way to trim down, as it ensures that women not only lose weight, but stay toned at the same time.
She explained: "Diet, and exercise give a weight loss plan specifically designed to target stubborn body fat especially on the stomach, hips and thighs. This weight loss plan is the only way to rebalance top or bottom-heavy bodies."
Ms Joyce added that this can be especially beneficial to people who suffer from the likes of hypothyroidism, diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure, as it boosts their overall health significantly.
Meanwhile, recent research carried out by the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition claimed there is also evidence that getting plenty of sleep can help people to lose weight by restricting the number of calories they consume.
