Diet pills ‘can create dramatic weight loss’

Dramatic weight loss can be achieved by taking diet pills, according to the British Nutrition Foundation, but they should be used in conjunction with healthy eating and exercise in order to keep the pounds off.

Dr Laura Wyness, senior nutrition scientist at the foundation, said that slimming tablets can help people to lose weight quickly but this can be short lived as they often pile the pounds back on when they stop taking the pills.

“The key to healthy wellbeing is a balance between eating well and exercising regularly,” she explained.

Dr Wyness recommended that people can easily fit bouts of exercise into their daily routines through doing simple things such as taking the stairs instead of a lift.

Her comments follow the recent publication of research by the University of Liverpool that revealed the diet pill Zotrim can reduce food intake by 18 per cent.

Results of a study showed that the formulation of the plant extracts yerba mate, guarana and damiana caused people to consume an average of 132 fewer calories.

    i have to admit that slimming pills do work best for me, ive tried healthy eating and exercise and it did help me a bit but not enough so i tried the adios slimming pill and found it really helped me to shift the rest of the weight i needed to lose.

    I’m a diet pill fan. Ive tried low carb stuff, slimming world, weight watchers, you name it, I have tried it. The best thing for me is a diet pill. I take 2 Slim Bombs on a morning then 2 on an afternoon and forget about the rest, really. Obviously I know there is no miracle product out there but these pills just suppress my appetite enough that I don’t over eat and never feel the need to snack.
