Cheryl Cole reveals her exercise and diet tips
The nation’s sweetheart has had women envying her petite figure, glowing skin and natural beauty over the past 10 years, but now the stunning 30-year-old has divulged to a fashion website how she stays healthy and in shape; so maybe we can all look as gorgeous as Chezza too?
“I don’t follow any strict diets, I just eat sensibly”, revealed the former X Factor judge.
“I’m not eating McDonald’s or pizza every day, but I do allow myself one cheat day a week, normally a Sunday”.
Cheryl also admitted, like many of us, she loves a nice cake, “I have a really sweet tooth. I love cupcakes doughnuts and basically anything that’s really bad for you”.
When she’s not keeping in shape through her grueling dance routines on tour, the Newcastle born singer exercises with a trainer, as well as at home.
“I’m still doing the Tracy Anderson Method. I see a trainer and they change the programme after every 10 sessions. I also use the DVD at home”.
