Billie Faiers blitzes her bikini body!

TOWIE star Billie Faiers looked incredible in Ibiza recently and claims her weight loss is all down to her strict 1,200-calorie-a-day diet and fitness plan.

22 year old Billie lost a stone last year, but regained her weight by going from a size 8 to a size 10 following a sequence of boozy holidays, but decided now it was time to tone up.

The 5ft 8 reality star lost 8lbs by working out with a personal trainer three times a week which involved running on the treadmill and using the cross-trainer along with a combination of weights and boxing.

“I feel great. I’m so much more confident in a bikini. My muffin top has gone and the backs of my legs are more toned. I’ve lost two inches from my waist and an inch from each thigh”.

Despite following a low calorie diet, Billie says she was still allowed carbs, adding: “It was a relief because cutting out carbs is really drastic!”
